  Nobody offered to help me, even after I mentioned to a nearby associate, "I've never shopped in stores before." While in the dressing room, I could hear other women being addressed by associates by name, asking about specific bras, and being treated very nicely, like old friends. They didn't ask my name, ask how anything was going, or anything. I got out and the associate rudely asked "did those work?" Holding out her hand to take them, as if she KNEW they wouldn't. I fumbled handing them over because one was stuck on my baby stroller, and she said "well do you want them or not?" I walked out feeling defeated and awful about myself.

  Elizabeth and Kamarie were amazing at helping me find the perfect bra fit, post breast lift and augmentation. My 24 year old daughter, a frequent VS shopper, had been telling me I needed to come in and get measured, so we did and Kamarie helped me. She hit it right on, with the Dream Angel Demi - The Perfect fit and all the comfort, even a few months post surgery. Then I had been telling my 20 year old daughter, that she needed to come in and get measured, so we did - I told her we had to see my VS lady, Kamarie - my daughter had been wearing a size way too small for her, now she has some beautiful ones that fit! Elizabeth was so helpful with helping us find the right sizes and fits too, always letting me know that I can exchange if something doesn't work out - but everything has been great. Two months prior, I had purchased a bra online that was convertable with the straps, yet the way they fastened into the bra, was to hook them into the lace back - they kept coming out. Kamarie had me explain what was happening to Elizabeth, the store manager and she encouraged me to bring it in to see what they could do about it. I did and they helped me by looking up my online purchase, returning it and found the exact same bra style and color for me in straps that stay in place, in store so that I could take it home with me that day. I was so excited about it and they never acted like it was a problem to do the return, even though I worried about being bother. I have made several more purchases from the store just this weekend and was reminded of their great customer service. I do some of my shopping on the VS website, but nothing compares to these wonderful ladies helping you in person to find so many great fits. Highly recommend the South Towne Sandy, Utah Victoria's Secret!
