  After a very unpleasant experience at my local hometown Verizon store, I stopped at this Sandy Verizon store, to try and get my problem resolved. My experience was fantastic! The staff welcomed me as soon as I entered the store and Mike B. Went above and beyond to not only address the situation which prompted me to drive the hour to this store; but as well got me squared away with a great deal on a cellphone upgrade. The customer service was outstanding and the service was fast, friendly, and very enjoyable. I am more than willing to drive the hour to this Sandy store to recieve such amazing customer service! It's obvious that this store's focus is putting the customer first!! I can't thank Mike enough!!!
