  If you aren't aware (because your take home receipt won't tell you and neither do the employees) but if you purchase an item and decide you don't want it then go back to the store to try out another size/item and exchange it for something else and that item STILL doesnt work for you, then you are no longer eligible for a refund. Once the item is exchanged, their system is only capable of doing in store credit. Even with original receipts and the item in good condition, you will not see a dime. I have been going back and forth with emailing customer service and I'm blown away and how they think they do this without giving me any heads up on their policy. I will not shop hollister anymore because my in store expierences are not enjoyable and now my online also are frustrating. Make sure you know this policy before shopping.
