- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆December 22, 2019, by Ron GalatiI needed a small repair on a metal bed frame (bolts tightened). I am in my 70's and couldn't get down on the floor to do it. Called on June 28 and they put in a service order telling me someone would call to set up an appointment. As of today 7-17-2017 no one has called. All the negative reviews should be taken seriously before you spend top dollar. The product is wonderful, but the service needs improvement.
