I came in with an online return and the girl very rudely said she can't accept online returns in store. It specifically says on their website that you can return online merchandise to a store. Second poor experience was with an exchange for a damaged top. The tags were still attached and I had the receipt. I wanted to exchange it for the exact same top. The associate proceeds to tell me I can "take it or leave it but at Bohme we don't accept damaged merchandise" I will never visit the south towne location again.
